We have just started the roll out of an Openfire server, and using Pidgin clients to connect to it. One of the issues that was noted to me was that if say one user is logged onto two PCs, and a message comes into them, they both receive the message ok, but if one replies the other user doesn't know they have replied. Does anyone else have this issue or is there a setting change that can be made?
To give an example of this imagine there is two support persons. They both have Pidgin installed. They both are signed into the same Openfire account (support account). When user1 sends a message to support, both of the support persons get the message to their Pidgin clients. Then support person-A replies to user1, support person-B doesn't know they have replied, as they can't see the reply from support person-A.
